For your business

Look after your people and your people will look after you

I worked in the corporate sector for over 20 years and witnessed the full spectrum of human behaviour. Sexual harassment, workplace bullying, intimidation, gossip, backstabbing, secrecy, manipulation and control were rife. And that was just a Monday morning! The thing is that most people don’t know they’re doing it. I’m a recovering micro-manager and control freak so I’m sure I wasn’t easy to work with. We all just have some weird and wonderfully creative ways of feeling okay in the world.

Fortunately, I’ve also witnessed incredible leadership, trust, kindness, collaboration, creativity and teamwork. Cultures that thrive and where people are allowed to be human.

That’s the kind of culture I help create. Through my workshops and programs I work with businesses that care about their people and whose leadership teams strive to build mindful cultures that operate on transparency, trust, accountability and respect.

My workshops and programs help create a mindful culture that operates on transparency, trust, accountability and respect.

Mindfulness and wellbeing programs

Mindfulness is a secular and evidence based practice that began some 2,500 years ago. It can be used by anyone, anywhere and at any time. Businesses such as General Mills, Salesforce and Google are already discovering the rewards of regular meditation practice.

Through my programs, you and your team are taught a range of techniques that will help improve your ability to manage stress, relate to others and operate effectively.

This workshop will help you and your team:

  • Focus on what matters and become more effective
  • Improve self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Manage stress and foster resilience
  • Befriend and manage emotions
  • Improve workplace relationships
  • Create more space and clarity

Cultivating mindfulness, wellbeing & resilience

6-week course

A more intensive version of the 'Wellbeing in the Workplace' workshop, this six-week program introduces you and your team to the proven and highly effective practices of meditation, mindfulness and relaxation. During each of the one-hour sessions, we debunk some of the myths around meditation, I walk you through the science, answer your questions and provide real-world tools and strategies you can apply immediately to your day.

Each week, you and your team will be given a set of practices (a fancy way of saying homework!) to ensure you integrate what you have learnt into your daily lives.

This program will help you and your team:

  • Improve self-awareness and emotional intelligence
  • Focus on what matters and become more effective
  • Befriend and manage emotions
  • Create more space and clarity
  • Manage stress and foster resilience
  • Enhance problem solving abilities
  • Improve workplace relationships

The program is spread over six weeks to allow you and your team time to practice and integrate what you've learnt, in order to create real and lasting change within your organisation. To make sure you get lasting results, I provide a follow-up session with all participants one month after completion.

The feedback we received from participants was overwhelmingly positive. I would strongly recommend Claire to any organisation.
