One on one sessions are ideal if you want to dive deeper into into a particular practice or learn real-world tools and strategies to help you live a more mindful, authentic & connected life. Our sessions can take place in your home (location dependent) or at a space in Hawthorn.

You're either completely wired or falling in a heap. You're always on the go and collapse into bed at night but struggle to sleep. Life feels like one big to do list and wine time is getting earlier and earlier. You rarely find time for yourself and feel constantly at the mercy of other people's demands. You fly between resentment and guilt and wonder if this is how life is meant to be. I promise you it's not!
Run over six 1.5hr sessions, this course is designed to help you practice and integrate what you’re learning so you can create lasting change. I’ll introduce you to the proven and highly effective practices of Yoga, meditation and relaxation and provide real-world strategies you can start using immediately to create a little more zen in your life. You'll learn:
Meditation & mindfulness - what they are, why they matter and how to practice
What stress does to the brain and how to elicit the body’s relaxation response
Simple movement & breathing techniques to get your body moving
Boundaries and why they’re critical to your wellbeing
How to manage strong emotions and become less reactive
How to rid yourself of resentment and guilt
Simple self-care strategies
Movements and practices you can do during your day to relieve tension and stress
Sessions include a combination of theory, practice and group discussion.
