I'm Claire.
I'm a recovering nice girl, people-pleaser, workaholic and control-freak.
I’m also Trauma-informed Somatic Coach, Root Cause Therapy practitioner and Yoga & Meditation Teacher.Â
In my work as a teacher and coach, I’ve observed that many women tend to:
- Prioritise other people’s needs over their own, often to the detriment of their own wellbeing.
- Struggle to identify their own needs and desires, leading to burnout and disconnection.
- Experience guilt or discomfort when setting boundaries or saying no.
- Avoid conflict at all costs, even when it means sacrificing their own truth.
- Repress healthy anger.
- Feel overly responsible for other people’s emotions, taking on burdens that aren’t theirs to carry.
These self-destructive patterns lead to disconnection from the self and others, toxic relationships, burnout, resentment and more.Â
I believe it's my life's work to help women break these self-destructive patterns so that they can truly thrive.
